12 Ga. Parker

I have this 12-Ga. double barrel rabit ears parker on the left side at chamber, Choke Bore

left side below chamber,Parker,right side of chamber Belgiut

numbers under britch 3641 -- 8686 T C Can anyone tell me anything about this gun? Fair Condition.

  This does not sound like an
  original Parker Brothers shotgun.

  Parker Brothers Gun Company was located in Meridian,CT from 1865 to 1936. There were a lot of knockoffs using the name especially Belgian made guns. If the gun was made in Belgium there will be Belgian proof marks consisting of the letters "ELG" in an oval with a crown above that. Also could the name on the gun be one of the following? PARKER TRAP GUN, PARKER FIELS & SON, C. PARKER & CO, E.D. PARKER,T.PARKER, T. PARKER NEW YORK and THOMAS PARKER. All these are Belgian made guns.
