Trigger work on a Rem 7600 pump
Howdy: I have a Remington 7600 pump .30-06..maybe 30 yr.s old ...is there anything I can do to improve the trigger pull????I have new guns that are set at about 3.5 lbs......Are there different trigger springs on the market for this gun????Thanks for your help......

There are people in the trade that will lighten the 7600 trigger...give accuracy systems a call. You can google the number. I have a friend who is a machinest and part time gunsmith that got mine down to 2.5 pounds and its a very clean break. 0 -
There is a drop in spring kit available from Brownells thet will get it into the 4 Lb. range . 0 -
The Timney 870 trigger fix can be used on the 7600 and several other Remingtons in that "family of guns."
