Redfield Scope Identification

Any ideas on what model this is or what year it was manufactured? The only other marking besides "Redfield 3x-9x" and "Made in USA" is a stamp under the turrets that reads "H92". It has a standard duplex reticle. Any help is appreciated.

  My guess it was made in the late 70's or early 80's
