Who knows what metal finish is on the Winchester Commemrative rifles?
I'm referring to the gold or polished brass thats very shiney.

Just guessing here, but it may well vary depending on the rifle in question and the date of manufacture. What have you got?

I have a Winchester model 94 30-30 cl. Texas commemorative.
It says Under 6...concerning the Alamo.
It has a silver dollar size medallion in stock of rifle.
Also has a saddle ring on left side.
