beretta 96d to 92fs

A friend of mine has a 96d beretta, We are interested in converting it to a m9 clone. I compaired his frame to my m9 and it looks like the m9 internals will drop right in. I just picked up a m9 slide/barrel combo from GB, what other parts will I need to complete the conversion? I think I will need the 92fs sear and spring, is there any thing im missing?

  Probably the ejector.
