U.S. Rock Island Arsenal 1903
I have a Ria 1903 serial 252321 could anyone give me some info on what its worth or from what year also have a japanese WWII rifel but dont know much about it any help would be greatly appreciated

Most folks will need more information than you have provided (including pictures) before providing any information. Regarding the Japanese WWII rifle, it's probably an Arisaka and I would suggest you go to the auction side to confirm. If you put Arisaka in the search browser on the main page, then look at a few of these guns to determine if that is "in fact", what you have. It's hard to determine what you have without more information.
Regarding the 1903, you will need to at least provide condition and originality (non-refinished) before any suggested value could be given. Another option, if you are not able to post pictures would be to follow these steps: Go to the main page. In the top right corner is a tab titles "smart search". If you go to that link and sign in, you can then look at completed auctions of firearms like yours. By doing this, you can see what current market value will be.

Although we need significantly more information, your Rock Island serial number is below the cutoff of 286506 and is considered to be dangerous to fire due to poorly heat treated receivers. Failure of the receiver could result in serious injury or death. 0
