ARMALITE 180 1974

Just took in a couple Armalite 180's made in 1974 .. With the guns I have a ton of parts that were ordered for the guns that are new in the packages.. IS there anyway of finding out what these should go for besides starting a penny auction and getting nothing for them ?

    Just had two Armalite 180's 5.56's come in in 90% condition.Date of manufacture 1974 by Howa. They are consecutive serial numbers. Any ideas on what the going rate would be one one or both ..Thanks

    No idea on value? There not the "B" model though. The "B" model is the recently made one with the fixed plastic stock. The Howa's had folding stocks like the original U.S. made AR-180's.

    1K to $1500 each. The Howa's are just as good if not better than the Costa Mesa's.

    Check to see if the bayo lug ears have been filed off. If not, Great selling point as most were.

    Never seen a Howa with a bayonet lug. Illegal in Japan

    The lug is there, but the nubs where the bayo locks on are missing/filed off. At least on mine.
