dave alaska,
Hello, and welcome to the forums here on Gunbroker.
We need to know what kind of Browning you have. Lever action, Bolt action, Semi-Auto(BAR), etc...
A picture would help much.

EDIT 1
OK I now see the blr in your description. It was actually pointed out to me by another member. I looked over on the auction side, and have seen none. If you can find one in 257 Roberts, or 22-250, it should work.0 -

You need the magazine that protrudes below the receiver. They are not easy to find. Watch the auction side as one might turn up there. Gun shows are likely your best bet as well as checking with the few folks that specialize in magazines such as: http://www.jocoemprise.com/ Good luck. 0 -
thanks guys i will keep looking keep me in mind if you run into one dave 0 -
Have you tried midway? 0 -
I found some listed for sale at the Browning web site:
http://www.browning.com/products/catalog/accessories/detail.asp?cat_id=112&type_id=907&value=029J&cattype=1129070 -
If I remember correctly, I believe the 308 magazine may be interchangable with the 243. 0 -
Browning does give them a different part number on that web site, but that doesn't necessarily mean they are physically different in size. It may be so that they can keep records on what calibers are selling best. 0 -
