SAVAGE ML10 Smokeless load

My gun tunes in with 65.8 grains of Vihtavuori 120 shooting Hornady FTX 45 cal .452 250 grain GRFTX bullet. Winchester 209 primer. 1 inch group at 100 yds. Is this load safe to shoot. This load seems high to me. Most of the guys at the range shoot lower loads in the mid 50s with a few as high as 68 grains. Need help.

  I run 44gr N110 with a 250gr XTP and win primer. Your load sounds high to me.
