New brass question

Should brand new Lapua 7.62X39 brass be sized before use??

New Winchester I assume should be sized???

  On new brass I always neck size only as sometimes they are not round...especially bulk brass. Never found the need to full length size them.

  I size it before using it....right down to 6.5 so I can fireform them to 6.5 Grendel.
  
  Seriously, if this is an accuracy rifle, size it down. If it's a blaster or super accuracy doesn't matter it's a waste of time. It also shortens your brass life just that little bit as well.

  I size and trim all new brass before using. Have checked some new brass and found cases that would not go in chamber. Length will vary slightly also.
