RCBS replacement part

Looking for a RCBS replacement part for my primer pocket swager die. I need the smaller of the two rods that come in the set...for the 223 Rem to be exact.

    Call 800-533-5000 and order one.

    Heck just ask them to warrenty it and they will give one to you. They did for me. I just had them send me some decapping pins and the rod end piece that holds the decapping pin. No argument, happy to do it for me. AAA+++ company. Great people.

    They will not let you pay for the part...RCBS's customer service is second to none.

    I had the same situation.
    My die is dated '68 and the parts list has both rams, for the small and large primers but lists only one rod. It is the large rod.
    I assume that at that time, a small rod was not included, maybe didn't even make a small rod.

    I called them and the lady knew exactly what I was looking for. She asked for my name and address and when I started to give her my credit card number, she said that wasn't necessary and it would be on its way that day. No charge.

    THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!

    RCBS is in my OPINION a AAAAAA++++ company, over the past three years they have sent me numerous parts.., FREE !, and when i first started reloading my .499LWR the original resizing die was made under spec., when resizing the case it cracked the carbide ring insert, i sent them two fired cases and the cracked carbide die insert, after several weeks of working with them we figured out that the .500 S&W resizing die would work, not only did they replace the original cracked sizing die, they sent me a full set of .500 S&W dies, now i have two sets of dies for my .499LWR which comes in very handy.

    RCBS is one great company that is very fair with it's customers.., actually overly fair !

    Talked to RCBS today. Replacement part is on the way. And it is free. Couldn't be happier!
