Savage model 110

I am currently looking at a used Savage Model 110 270 with a composite stalk. It looks like it hasent been used much and it also comes with a scope but i dont know what brand. The asking price is $260, would this be a fair buy? Is there anything i need to look out for?

    Anyone know what year manufature of a model 110 with serial number F158485? Were any of the 110's sold with factory installed bi-pods?
