Winchester model 70 Western

Recently I ran across this rifle in a gun shop, .223 caliber, and I can not find it listed anywhere. I'm pretty sure it is a post '64 model. Any help would be appreciated.

  Exactly when this model was made? Was it an inexpensive version? Any other information would be helpful. Thanks
