Mossberg 500 name of part

I have a 410 pump that jams every time. Upon dissassembly it appears there is a spring steel clip on the left side of the bolt that has broken off. This was a factory defect as the pin that holds it in place was not seated properly and allowed too much slack so it broke off flush with the face of the bolt. I talked to mossberg and they sent a new extractor that goes on the right hand side of the bolt(wrong part). I need the correct name for the part on the left hand side of the bolt. Mossberg's parts diagram does not illustrate or list parts of the bolt. So I need to give them the correct name of the part.
