The rear sight can be driven left or right in its dovetail.

If you are new to the gun, impact low and left is more likely caused by user technique than the gun. You may be flinching, yanking the trigger and pushing against the anticipated recoil which drives the muzzle low and left.

Suggest you have an experienced shooter try the gun before you start moving sights.

There are several models made by SA Inc. If you don't know what model you have, you need to check the company website, or post photos for us.

But, if other experienced shooters also find the gun is shooting low left, then the instructions for drifting the rear sight to the right are correct. Make VERY small adjustments and fire a couple of groups after each adjustment.
Then, once the rear sights are moved and the gun is now shooting directly under the point of aim, you can slowly and carefully file down the height of the FRONT sight to raise the point of impact. EASY does it, so you don't take too much off and end up with rounds hitting high. It's actually pretty easy to do this on most guns. Just make SMALL modifications to the front and rear sights and shoot a couple of groups after each mod. You want to sneak up on that old bullseye. Oh yeah, it may seem obvious, but be sure to do this using the ammunition you plan to shoot with most often. Different brands and different loads will shoot to different points.
