Anyone fish the beaches on Assoteague Is., MD. in the fall. What's running along there for surfcasting ?

  priate2501...let see, in the fall we have lots of snapper blues, sometimes depending on tide, the big choppers come in range[^]. Folks are catching stripers on bloodworms at Assateague near the VA line. Best to check the website given before heading out. Good luck[^]

  Thanks guys, been camping there in the summer never catch anything off the beach. Me and a couple of friends want to camp and surfcast there before it gets too cold.
