WTK about M19A1 flares-value, etc

Last gunshow i picked up three M19A1 flares still in the tubes. Not sure when they were made. they are marked S5-RQB, then SIGNAL,GROUND,GREEN,STAR next line PARACHUTE M19A1, and last line LOT CCG-5-22.

The case is a cylinder of cardboard, taped in the middle with white tape, and the ends are metal marked CONTAINER M104A1. Found the same containers with other flares in them on the auction side.

So my question is, what are they worth? Can anyone tell me when they were made? Are they safe to launch?

Now to go find a grenade launcher for my 1903a3 or M1a.........
