Ranger 22 with short barrel
I'm looking for information on a "Ranger 22 Long Rifle". The barrel is only 18" long and has dual rear sites, one is a flip up peep site. It is a single shot bolt action. The butt plate is metal and there are no other markings on it. I'm looking for value, age or anything interesting about this gun.

Ranger has been used as a Trade Name on various firearms by a number of companies over the years. Most likely yours was either made by Stevens or sold by Sears. We would need quality photos of your .22 for any further help in identification or valuation. There is a "STICKY" on our main page with information on posting photos in the forum. 0 -
