What's the serial number? The letter(s) prefixing the numbers will tell year of manufacture. Rest of info will follow. 0 -

My blue book 2003 ed says a 158 in 100% is $150. I saw one sell at that years gunshow for a small premium. They were discontinued in 1985. I had the combo in Hornet/20 ga. It was way too heavy for a single shot rifle, the shotgun was nice and light. Midwayusa has brass for $60/100 if you want to shoot it. Factory ammo is hard to find and very expensive when you find some, and its getting old.

the 22 JET cartridge was offered as a single shot rifle early on about 1963/1964. however it was more popular as a barrel option on the early models of the 4-in-one combo. this caliber was replaced by the 22 hornet about 1975. also in 1975 the 4-in-one was discontinued and replace by the model 158 combo in with either 30-30 winchester or 22 hornet barrels and a 20 gauge shotgun barrel (only two barrels). also in 1976 the model 158 rifle only in 30-30 and 22 Hornet and was continued until almost the end of production in 1986. the combo model became the model 058 in 1976 with the same barrel offerings as the model 158 combo. before 1968 the model 158 letter date code was on the left side of the reciever below the company name and address.
my thoughts on this would be it is a model 158 shotgun reciever with a 22 JET barrel mounted. or the original reciever with the original 22 JET barrel and the other 3 barrels lost, but i have been wrong before. would be very interested in what the date code is.
