New Arizona concealed carry law
I read that Arizona has a new law about concealed carry that doesn'r require a permit.
When does it go into effect & does it apply to non residents?

It went into effect in July. I don't know if a non resident of AZ is permitted to carry concealed, by the law? 0 -
It is my understanding that any U.S. citizen, age 21 and older, may carry concealed without a permit in AZ as long as he/she is not a "prohibited person" (ie, felony conviction, mentally disabled, etc).
