voere couger 30-06

I have a voere couger 30-06 bolt action rifle w/22" bbl.
it is made in Austria it has a laufstahl 3 stamped on the bbl.
what i need to know is what kind of quality gun is it[?] 98% blue and wood, what kind of value ( ball park )was told it is very accurate who can give me some insight[;)]

  Voere Cougars were made on the Mauser M98 actions, usually with a shotgun-type slide safety at the tang of the original action.
  
  Generally these were of average quality, nothing spectacular but a typical Mauser performance.
  
  For more value decisions, you need to make some good quality photographs of the overall and several details of the action, barrel and wood. There is a thread at the top of this forum with directions regarding posting photographs.

  To see how to place a picture to a forum message when you post a message just go to www.youtube.com and watch their video on how to do it.
  
  Here's the short version.
  
  1) Take some digital pictures and save them on your computer
  2) Get an account on www.photobucket.com and they will let you open a photo album for your pictures
  3) Then load your pictures into your photobucket album
  4) While in photobucket - Right click the picture you want to place in your forum message and copy its URL (Note: high lite it and Ctrl c will copy it)
  5) When you type in your forum message add the following code (Note: Ctrl v will paste the picture URL between the
  6) Finish your forum message and post it
  
  After you read this look at the youtube video on how to do it. You'll finally get it.
