    Hmmmm, looks like you have yourself a real mystery here. At first I thought Ballester-Molina, as they are ribbed/grooved grips which that pistal has, but they are too small, and use one grip screw per grip rather than the Ballister's two. Then I though the Hungarian Femaru, which was an excellent pocket pistol in .32 or .380 (they were ribbed/grooved too), but checking my example that is not correct either.

    I would suggest it might be from a model of pocket pistol that was either Hungarian or Argentinian, as both of these government arsenals used that pattern of grips. Good luck!
