what do you think about this trade
#1 - PT145, Stainless. Factory case, 2 mags. Used $275-
#2 - PT845, Stainless. Factory case, 2 mags.used $325
what do you guys think about trading a pt1911 blue for the 2 listed above,
not looking for a bashing i know all about Taurus and have only had 1 dud out of 5 and it was a 44 mag ultralight and i went into that thinking there is no way this gun will hold up.[^]
IT SURE WAS A HAND FULL TO SHOOT felt good and accurate[:D][:p][:0]
i have had the pt145 millennium a few years back and no trouble and my daughters BF wanted it more then me so i put it on him,[;)]
but im not familiar with the pt845
i have the pt1911 and i don't think it shoots any better then my old SF1911-A1 so i was thinking of trading heads up, i only have $400 in the pt1911 so i don't think i can loose anything.
i just don't need any of the 3 but 2 for 1 is always a thought.

I've shot one of taurus's 1911's and if it were mine, I wouldn't trade it for ANYTHING! I loved it. But you didn't mention why you were considering the trade.... If you don't like the 1911, go for it. But if you do like the 1911 and are considering the trade just for something different.... I'd probably pass. If you like them all, I'd keep the 1911 and save up the money to buy the others in the future. At least that's what I would do.... 0 -

still thinking on it , a better deal is in the works , i just got an offer on my cz o/u 20 ga for a bfr 500 even up0 -
I missed the part about you having another 1911 that you like. In that case, trade 1 for 2? I'd do it. 0 -

deal died
was all set till someone said they would buy both, guess cash trumps offer.
maybe that cz20 for BFR 500 will pan out, now that would be a deal[:p]0 -
if you end up with that 500, the cheapest place i've found ammo for it is www.ammoengine.com unless you're reloading. Good luck! 0 -
i will reload for it,, thanks 0 -
The guy trading the 1911, is getting screwed. Actually, I am not a big Taurus fan, but the other two are not worth the powder to incinerate them.
