    I think this may be a contract wrench for IBM service rep from the 1960's I will have to look through my old C.E, Tool KIT we had a bunch of VERY thin open end wrenches when we worked on Mechanical data processing equipment that used PUNCH CARDS sorters, Tab machines, collaters, interpreter, ETC many of these special tools were made by PROTO..

    It is a wrench for flexiably tubing fittings. AN was the old name for this type of fitting. {Army/navy}. Here is the new version of them.
