.243 WSSM Value

I have a Win Mod 70 Super Shadow in .243 WSSM. It is a synthetic gun with blued barrel and has Burris solid mounts already on it. The gun has 31 shells through it and is in same as new condition. What would be a realistic private party value for this gun??
