    You have two options.

    1), If possible have the receiver drilled for standard scope base disregarding if possible the holes already drilled.

    2), I believe Brownells sells blank bases. If you can get one that will work, have the gunsmith drill it to match the already existing holes.

    you may have to do a little mix & match to see what the original gunsmith (?) was trying to do. standard weaver bases would be a # 45 & 55 with the #55 haveing the 1/2" hole spacing. or use the #45 for the front and drill one additional hole for it.
