It says I closed my account, but I didn't.

I just clicked on 'El Supremo's' link provided (immediately above this post), and it came back with 'Page Not Found'. Joe

EDIT: I just clicked onto the help page (found on lower left of page one of the Auctions). Then followed their lead. It led me to a page whereby I have to log on with my username and password.

If 'Supreme One' is locked out, he's just reached a brick wall.

Realistically, I'd be asking the same question here.

Rat in a treadmill? Or is there a way to by-pass the logon with password, and get to GB support without having to use a logon? Thanks, Joe

Hello, that is probably because you didn't take the "." out of it. If you copy and paste (like I did to let everyone know what message I got) without the period, it will work. However, that doesn't really matter, unless someone knows where on said page I can get my account re-opened.

    Thank you,

    Michael

No matter. We both wound up at the same page. I followed the instructions on contacting support, and it brought me to a page whereby I have to input my username and password. My original post still stands.

Again, what you need is a way to contact GB support without using a logon/password. When Admin sees this, they'll respond with appropriate information. Best again, Joe

    Supreme One,

Please read the Posting Guidelines found by using the link under the Gunbroker logo at the top of every page. Auction Support issues are not in the domain of help from the forums. It is a matter for Customer Support as the 'Help' page indicates.

Since you have gone this far and don't understand the process, here is the short version:

Using the link you supplied (without the period) you get to the Customer Support page. There you will find two choices suited to your dilemma:

    "I can't Log On...."

    or

    "My issue isn't listed..."

Choose the one you like and fill out the form. Be aware that Support issues can take as long as 48 hours per their own description so if you're in a hurry, relax, it could take a while.

    Best.
