Scope advice wanted 4 Mauser 3000 243 Win.

I bought a custom Mauser 3000 in .243 on gunbroker which will go deer and bear hunting. I want a scope for shots under 200 yards that will be good for my poor eyesight, especially in low light conditions.

My Leupold rings are 30mm.

"What is the picture's background story?".......IT IS A WW2 GERMAN RAIL GUN CALLED 'ANZIO ANNE' BY US (ON THE RECEIVING END[:0]). IT IS AT ABERDEEN PROVIND GROUND, MD. THE PICTURE WAS TAKEN IN 1969.
