Best slip on pad for pre mod 70
I guess in my older days the 06 and 300 mag just kick too much ( on the bench), what slip on pad do I need as I would never cut a pre 64 stock now but I see why the old timers did!

Slip on is okay look for a precision fit pad first.0 -
I have a couple of large bore rifles that I use the slip on LimbSaver pads on when shooting off the bench. They work great and don't mar the finish. 0
