    The general belief is that if a seller, car dealer, or any place of business does not want to talk to you when you are trying to spend money on their product/service, chances are they will surely not want to hear from you if you have a problem or want a refund.

    Sometimes the reply function fails.

    It is possible that the reply function, spam filters, etc, are interfering with communication.

    It is also possible that you have avoided dealing with a jerk. Count yourself in the fortunate column.

    pickup the phone and call his store...his phone number is hard to miss...then you can ask about the email issue...
