Navy Arms extractor

I need to find an extractor for an early Navy Arms 1866 Winchester in 44-40 purchased new in 1975. I'm told these are Uberti, but the newer parts will not fit the older guns. VTI Gunparts says that a new replacement for a real 1866 Winchester is closer than the current Uberti part. Anyone know the answer, HELP??
