.44-40 loads

I just ordered some Starline brass and a set of dies. I am looking for a heavy hitting load that I can pack in my Ruger Vaquero(on my hip) for when I am out small game hunting.

Can I shoot the .428, .429, .430 diameter bullets out of this without having the cylinder reemed?
