Sale of CETME Parts Kit to California

Could you tell me if it is legal to send a CETME parts kit to California? I beleive it is, but would greatly appreciate your input. Thanks

  Parts are unrestricted so long as a receiver and magazine over 10 rounds are not included. Go ahead and ship.

  As long as it does not have a high capacity magazine it should be OK. North Ridge has Sten kits at the gun show off and on and sell miscellaneous military surplus machine gun parts. The clue is PARTS kits and I think that is what they are considered. I have ordered a number of the same type kits from major suppliers and as long as there is no magazine included they sent them.
