Selling a Pre Ban magazine to a ban state legally
Where can i find info on what i need to do to sell pre ban mags to a ban state. I've got an MWG 90 round drum w/ loader, and was about to list it online, but would like to know where to look to make sure i dont do anything illegal. Already had a NY resident try to buy some mags from me he won online. Dont want to break any laws here, so where do i look to make sure i'm doing this legally?

They're legal in NY as long as they were manufactured prior to September, 1994. 0 -
In California you can own them if you had them prior to the ban. You can't buy or sell any high capicity magazines.
