Colt Double Eagle

I have two questions regarding a 45 Colt Double Eagle Mk II series 90 Officers model LIGHTWEIGHT blue; first, has anybody ever seen one like this, and roughly what it would be worth in like new condition....thanks in advance for any info

    I've read and seen the Commander and Officer size firearms, but read of a "regular" size handgun. Has anyone seen this third model?

    i have the officers model in stainless, only made one year. i've never seen a blued one.
    i paid $700 nib 3 yrs ago. hope that helps.

    That sounds like a good price; I'm wondering if the blue (esp. the lightweight) is even rarer. Thanks for the reply!

    (For what it's worth) Blue Book says $900 for 100%. I checked completed auctions on the auction side smart search. There have been two there. One listed for $650 and another for $699.99. Neither has sold. Did not check to see what condition they were.
