"Blitz Action Trauma" ammunition
I came by a box of this "BAT BULLET" ammunition, and would like to know more about it. The box is somewhat "tweaked" by tape, and the info is illegible. It is 9mm caliber. Anybody know something?

IIRC, it has a "cone" in the middle that blows out upon firing, and the bullet actually has a hole in the middle of it. Sould seem that it would not perform very well. It did create a nice hollowpoint upon firing, which would even cut clean holes in tires. Not sure how well it would work as a real hollow point however. 0 -
I used to sell them. They are made by GECO and are an excellent bullet. They are solid copper alloy and function as AP on solid targets and hollow point on soft targets.
The plastic plug does blow out creating the hollow point crater.
They were about $36 a box when Remington 9mm was $12.0 -
DON'T shoot them over a chronograph [B)]
We used mine at a match and the plug shattered the screen [xx(]0
