Going to build a new reloading bench?
I going to build me a new reloading bench and workshop area. How tall and wide is your bench?? I reload shotgun shells only and have 4 guages to set-up. How much room will I need?
Anyone have plans or pictures of a nice bench?
Thanks in advance for any help

rmckuin,
Use the 'Search' button in the upper right corner of the screen. Type in the terms 'reloading bench' which should yield 20 or so threads with photographs about reloading rooms and benches. Within some of the posts there will be more links to other threads, one containing nearly 40 pages of pictures and suggestions.
As to height, you will determine that from your work habits. Do you sit down and if yes, do you use a regular height chair or can you benefit from a bar stool height counter and chair?
On the other hand, I can only work standing up so all of my benches are for my height and the level required for the particular operation. I don't believe in the generic 'one size fits all' thinking. It's my room, my business and my comfort. Take the time to practice to see what fits you and your working procedures.

I just took a couple of gorilla racks reenforced the tops and use those. I guess I'm not as ambitious as everyone else. 0 -
