S&W model 13-4
Good afternoon. I'm trying to put a value on a S&W 13-4 3" bbl blue in 95-98% condition. I'll looked in current and completed auctions and find all the earlier model 13's but not the 13-4. Is there something odd or remarkable about this 357 mag?

None of the other earlier models has a significant value variation from yours, unless Almost New in Box, or better. The later models from 13-5 on will have MIM parts, which would decrease the value to collectors.
Original box, as well as type of box, & accessories, will have an impact on value.
You can safely estimate the value of yours by comparing to similar early guns with similar accessories.
I assume that you do not want an estimate of value from us, as you did not provide photos of your gun.

How about a DOB? Serial Number BRJ6600 0 -
Looks like the mid 90's? When S & W went to the 3 letter prefix it kind of made it difficult to get a specific DOM using the reference data available. It wasn't like when the serial numbers were numbered in sequential order. 0
