They use to advertise their custom rifles and trigger shoes in the American Rifleman magazine, years ago. They were located in Millvale PA.

GOOGLE the name, as they were in business for years bunch of info will likely come up.

The only way we can help as far as value is concerned, would be for you to post quality photos of the rifle.

Flaig's was located in a older part of Pittsburg Area . and located in a NEAT log cabin type shop on top os a Hill the whole complex reminded me of maybe a Summer lodge in the late 1800's or early 1900's They were big into gun parts and a medium priced Gun-smith shop building sporter rifles from older Military rifles. They also would inlet stock blanks for your action Shot gun or rifle. I used to stop there on my way back from Camp Perry They would let me go through their STOCK Blank ...Warehouse and then I could get some fantastic XXX wood. for very good prices. [^][:D]. They did not really make any HIGH End stuff but rather slightly better then factory Post 1964 name brand rifles. They had an monthly ad in American Rifleman for at least 30 years.

They sold barrel and sporter stock kits for '98 Mauser rifles.
They may also have sold Boehler replacement Luger barrels.
