Value for a Winchester Model 24 in 20 ga
I am told this is the last of the hand made guns. Made in New Haven Conn. Serial # 68348 Action is nice and tight. This is a side by side gun. 28 " barrel Gun Measures 45 " Long
I was told this gun was worth $2,500 10 yrs ago?????

Not a 24,,,that was worth 2500. These are utility shotguns/20 gauge brings more than a 12 of course...range reflects condition ect...450-625.. 0 -
Maybe $750 for the 20ga in top shape. Its pretty much a entry level side by side with just OK fit and finish, no ejectors, double triggers, no checkering.
Now the Win. 21 in that condition would go for 7k plus depending on condition and grade.0 -

This is one time pics wont help much. None of the 24's had checkering or single triggers, some of them had an english straight stock which will up value about $100. If the stock has been cut and a recoil pad put on it take off $100.0
