Zip Reload Chambers?

What are they? I found this over on the auction side, and I have never heard of them before.

Is this some kind of chamber insert to shoot a light bullet with a rimfire blank? I can't tell from the picture what is all in the box.

  That is exactly what it is. The chamber insert was in two parts, insert a special rimfire blank, a bullet, load, shoot. Handy if you want to shoot your 03 Springfield on the indoor pistol range.
