winchester 1894 question

Hello Guys,
Bert or any other 94 experts,,,,,On a winchester model 1894-30wcf sporting rifle I have ,,,the reciever is stamped 266126 which I believe puts it mfd 1905 but the bottom of the 26" tapered octagon barrel its stamped 94 { 5" up from the end } along with the other marks and the only other number is a 3.
My question is , was the barrel mfd in 1903 or 1894 ?

  Model 1894 serial number 266126 went through the Polishing Room May 1st, 1905.
  
  The numbers you found stamped on the bottom of the barrel are not related to the date of manufacture. Winchester did not begin date stamping Model 94 barrels until the mid 1920s.
