H&R 58 Caliber

Well here's the story, My dad recently had a stroke and decided its time to start passing down some of his things. Among those were an H&R .58 caliber muzzleloader, and a Remington model 742, .243 rifle. Im just curious as to what the guns are worth, altho I have no intentions of getting rid of them. Thanks!

  Best thing is to look at completed auctions for similar condition models on the auction side of GB.

  a ballpark around here in good shootable condition, H&R about $100, the 742 $400-500.
