Help with information and values

I have aquired 2 different handguns and would like some information and guess of value for each if possible.

First, is a .45 Long Colt. Engravings are "AUBERTI & C.CARDONE V.T. ITALY - SINGLE ACTION ARMY TARGET MODEL .45 LONG COLT. CAT 1533 MODEL# 56409.

Second, is a .38 special. Engravings are "AMADEOROSSIS.A. - MADE IN BRAZIL - INTERARMS - ALEXANDRIA, VIRGINIA- W197992.

ANY INFORMATION WOULD BE GREAT. I AM NEW TO THIS AND NOT LOOKING TO SELL JUST LOOKING TO KNOW WHAT I HAVE!! THANKS SO MUCH

    the second looks like its an older rossi....not exactly a high end revolver, but a fun shooter!

    These are recent imports so guessing value of both in mid to high hundreds, depending on condition. Better to post this in Experts if you haven't already.

    The SAA Sounds like it could be one of the old Cattleman SAA Target models which were were discontinued about 20 years ago. The Cattleman Target pistols (if that is indeed what it is) sold for a little over $300 before being discontinued. This remains a popular model and a still new in the box example will bring close to the old retail price, or even a bit more. Since yours is used (according to your duplicate thread) it may be worth a couple of hundred dollars.

    Interarms dropped the Rossi line back in 1998 so your pistol is at least that old. The problem is that there are about a dozen different .38 Special Interarms/Rossi revolvers so how about a few hints: Barrel length, blued or stainless steel, wood or synthetic stocks? Anything you can tell us would be helpful.
