Let buyer out of sale

I found a crack in the stock of the my gun the day before the sale ended. I stopped the auction but the high bidder was charged with the sale. How can I get this reversed? It seems impossible to get in touch with Gun Broker???

  Come on dude. Post in 3 places today thinking you will get a answer to a old question that you were told how to handle.
