Baretta stampede
How accurate are the stampedes and are they all slicked up right out of the box? Thank you

I have been impressed with the BEretta Stampedes. They are made for Beretta by Uberti but if you put them side by side (with a Uberti SAA) the Beretta is a much smoother gun. I have been very happy with the accuracy and the fit and finish is great. The action is smooth and the trigger is clean. 0 -
I bought mine used from a local pawn shop. It's a 4 3/4" .45 colt with the case colored frame and black plastic checkered grips. The first time that I fired it, I was impressed. The action was super smooth with a light crisp trigger and it was very accurate. I shot 3" offhand groups @ 15 yards. That was the first time that I had fired a SAA style revolver. 0 -
RLL be careful on what you use to clean the Case Harding . I dont know if they are still that way but the case colors used to be PAINTED on just a Heads Up.
EDIT Yes the one I used had a CLEAR coat It was a friends and he had leading problems for cowboy loads . He Had just stared shooting and cast some bullets but did not know they had to be lubed. Needless to say barrel really leaded up he got some kind of liquid cleaner and it on the frame right above the trigger guard got under the edge of the clear coat. The clear coat and the case color just kept chipping off . He finally just took paint stripper and got it all off. Other then that I like the gun . I shoot early second Generation Colts . Thanks for the heads up, shooter. How can you tell if it's a painted on finish? I'm looking it right now and it looks like the case color is real, but could have a clear coat finish over it. When you remove the the cylinder the inside of the frame is not shiny like the outside. So, I'm thinking that the outside could have a clear coat over it. I've always used Hoppe's no.9 and haven't had any problems. 0
