Mosin heavy barrel from TG International

Has anybody got any info on these? http://www.GunBroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.asp?Item=184624437 I know that the O.D. will have to be turned down, but I was wondering if anybody here has bought one and if so how did it work out for you?
