quick method for neck annealing

Need quick method for neck annealing a quantity of old 225 brass.
Some necks have cracked and I want to save the rest.
Last time I used a torch, tipping them over in a water filled tray, and it was very slow.

  Yes, the site manager doesn't want me to receive mail through their system for some infraction.
