    Rem has made over 10 million 870's over 55 years. That barrel is not common. However not seeing much to it.

    What are the codes on the barrel, that will help determine how old it is. I would be willing to bet that a 34 inch barrel is not very common but just because I've never seen one don't mean much.

    Do a little research on completed auctions for a 34" barrel and I think you'll find the barrel alone is worth more than the shotgun with any other barrel.
