sear model 1, mgf.?

customer brought in a sear m-1 (27327010) .22 bolt action with both extractors either gone or broken, gunparts lists the r.h. extractor but not the left, does anyone know who made this turkey, the gunparts book I have doesn't show the mgf. there is a 's/p' in a circle but it doesn't look like any savage rifl.
